Our new Associate preparation involves an eight-week certification training program in which you will be empowered with the knowledge to perform the most frequent tasks and answer the most common questions asked by retail brokerage investors, while utilizing the resources and support of your team members to gain a higher level of understanding. Upon completion, a graduation ceremony is celebrated and certificates are awarded.

ACE training is delivered in ‘waves’ that enable you to practice the new knowledge and skills you've acquired before proceeding to the next step.

Wave 1: 10-day curriculum designed to provide the knowledge and proficiency needed to fulfill the role of a Quote/Authentication Administrative Specialist

Wave 2: 14-day curriculum covering the knowledge, resources, and fundamentals of clients' accounts

Wave 3: 11-days that provide a basic knowledge regarding the topics for which we have specialty teams

Wave 4: 5-day training zone and mentoring that builds confidence in communicating with clients
